2. Answer a call from a company manager to confirm the order details.
3. Receive an email with the generated invoice.
4. Follow the link in the email to review your order.
5. Check your "Pay in Parts" limit — it must be no less than the invoice amount. To check it, send an SMS to 10060 with the text chast from the number linked to your bank account, or use one of the following options:

6. If necessary, increase your credit limit. More
   • To increase your credit limit, you can visit a PrivatBank branch or use the online banking service. To do this, log in to Privat24, go to the "All Services" menu, then select "Credits" and click on the "Change Credit Limit" button. In the pop-up window, choose the card for which you want to perform this action, specify the desired credit limit amount, and submit your request. The credit committee will review your application within 3–4 business days and make a decision to either increase the limit or decline the request. You will be notified of the decision via SMS.
   • In case of rejection, you can significantly increase your credit limit by visiting a PrivatBank branch and providing a proof of income, foreign passport, or documents confirming ownership of property, as well as a bank statement from another bank.
7. Select a credit option and installment period:
• “Pay in Parts” — 0% overpayment for 1 to 6 months More
  • To apply for the “Pay in Parts” service, you must be the holder of a PrivatBank credit card. At the time of placing an order on the website, only the first payment is withdrawn from your card. All subsequent payments are automatically deducted on the same date in the following months until the full invoice amount is paid. The credit can be repaid early at any PrivatBank branch. If there are sufficient funds on your account to cover the monthly installment, no commission is charged for using the installment service. However, if your card does not have enough personal funds on the payment date, the installment will be covered using credit funds with a 4% commission.
• “Instant Installment” credit is available for a period from 1 to 24 months. The monthly commission for you will be 2.9% of the invoice amount. More
  • To apply for the “Instant Installment” option, you must be the holder of a PrivatBank credit card. At the time of placing an order on the website, only the first payment is debited from your card. All subsequent payments are automatically deducted on the same date each month until the total amount is paid off. A monthly service fee of 2.9% of the purchase amount applies for using this credit service. The credit can be repaid early at any PrivatBank branch. In case of early repayment, a 2.9% fee of the total contract amount is charged. Example: An “Instant Installment” agreement is made for 10 payments totaling 10,000 UAH. After three payments are completed, an early repayment request is submitted. The final payment will be calculated as: Remaining debt (10,000 UAH – 3 × 1,000 UAH) + 2.9% commission (10,000 UAH × 2.9%) = 7,290 UAH.

9. On the bank’s payment page, enter your card info and confirm
10. If successful, you’ll receive an SMS confirmation and first payment withdrawal
11. After that, you’ll get an order number from our manager and can collect your goods in a convenient way
